John has worked for Trainline since 2010, leading the company's work to implement digital ticketing and create a seamless experience for our customers. John is also responsible for spearheading Trainline's work in collaboration with train operators and the wider UK rail industry. Prior to working for Trainline, John developed significant customer service and retail experience within the UK rail industry and the utilities sector.
