Anna Ince

Anna joined Resonate as CEO in 2007, following 13 years in senior roles with Invensys PLC. She has led a variety of companies, ranging from IT & mission critical outsourced services in the utilities sector to high-value manufacturing. Resonate is a transport sector software and technology provider; first to commission integrated Traffic Management Systems as well as being a leading digital signalling control systems provider. Anna has industry roles which bring different perspectives to her work and her industry contributions. She is vice-chair of the Rail Supply Group and a member of the RDG’s Planning & Production and People Strategy Boards. She is also a Non-Executive Director of RSSB and Rail Forum. Anna is passionate about a truly customer focused, efficient and sustainable railway.
