Paul has been in the rail industry for 4 years, joining RSSB in February 2018. As well as leading on RSSB’s commercial work, he is also responsible for membership relations, marketing and public affairs. He has over 15 years leadership experience in membership organisations, from BESA, a trade association within the construction sector to Scotland Food & Drink, a pan-industry membership body.
Before joining Scotland Food & Drink, Paul worked in Engineering at Mars Confectionery and then The Coca-Cola Company as Commercialisation Director responsible for North West Europe.
Paul gained a first-class honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Glasgow, and also holds a Diploma in Company Direction from Durham University Business School.
